The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 09.02.2015 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in Azamnagar P.S. Case No.202 of 2012 whereby and whereunder took cognizance under Sections 406,409,420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter.
