The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
According to the F.I.R., the petitioner allegedly produced false credentials at the time of appointment as contract teacher.
Submission is that same informant had verified the credentials and reported the same as genuine vide letter at Annexure-3 and when the petitioner challenged the aforesaid order before the State Education Appellate Tribunal, the F.I.R. was lodged.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14883 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 106 of 2017, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
