The petitioner seeks bail in a case initially registered under Sections-341, 307, 379, 326, 120B, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act but later on, Section-302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

Allegedly, the accused persons took out the son of the informant and opened fire upon him as a result of which, he sustained injury and in course of treatment, he died. It has been submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 01-11-2022. The petitioner has remained in custody for about six months. Charge sheet has already been

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below/Concerned court in connection with Mahesh Khunt P.S. Case No. 252 of 2022.
