27-03-2019 Heard Sri Sanjeev Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. This is the second attempt for grant of bail on behalf of aforesaid two petitioners. Earlier by order dated 07-05-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27061 of 2018, considering the seriousness of accusation, the prayer for bail of both petitioners was rejected and without any change in circumstance, the present bail petition has been filed.

Sri Sanjeev Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners tried to persuade the Court to examine the case on merit. However, considering the fact that on merit, the prayer for bail was rejected, there is no reason to again entertain

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14469 of 2019(2) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 the same thing.

The prayer for bail again stands rejected.
