03/2014 was wrongly mentioned in place of the correct Basantpur P.S. Case No. 09/2014 in the order dated 15.04.2014 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Siwan, which, as a consequence, led to the incorrect case number being mentioned in the anticipatory bail petition in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 27383 of 2014 as well as in the order dated 21.11.2014 passed by this Court disposing of the said case.

2. A certified copy of the order dated 18.12.2014 of the learned Sessions Judge, Siwan has now been filed showing correction of the case number.

3. In the above view of the matter, the order dated 21.11.2014 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 27383 of 2014

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.979 of 2015 (2) dt.28-01-2015 is modified to the extent that reference of Basantpur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2014 occurring in paras- 2 and 4 of the order shall be treated as corrected to read as Basantpur P.S. Case No. 09 of 2014. Time granted for surrender and furnishing bail bonds before the learned Court below in terms of order dated 21.11.2014 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 27383 of 2014 is extended for a further period of two weeks from today.

4. The petition stands allowed.
