The petitioner seeks bail in Bhabhua P.S. case No. 601 of 2016 under Section 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was apprehended in connection with Bhabhua P.S. case No. 639 of 2016 and police took forcibly his confessional statement and thereafter remanded the petitioner in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. There is absolutely no evidence save and except confessional statement of the petitioner that too before the police. The petitioner is in jail since 13.01.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
