Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with G.B. Nagar (Tarwara) P.S. Case No.305 of 2017, registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the informant's sister was killed by the co-accused as she was tortured and harassed in connection with realizing further dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the specific allegation of making demand of dowry is against the husband, who is in custody and the petitioner is father-in-law and mother-in-law, wife of the petitioner, has been admitted to anticipatory bail, moreover no ante-mortem injury is found on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2410 of 2018(3) dt.16-02-2018 2/2 the body of the deceased, FSL report has not been received, the petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2017 and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Laxmi Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Siwan in connection with G.B. Nagar (Tarwara) P.S. Case No.305 of 2017.
