The Petitioner seeks bail in Str. No. 156 of 2017 arising out of Kateya P.S. Case No. 188 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. Petitioner is in custody since, 08.08.2016 and has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two
