Mr.Anil Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Katoria PS case no. 158 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307 and other sections of Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding 11 accused persons and 20-25 unknown accused persons having attacked the prosecution side, whereafter bomb was also exploded resulting in injuries to two persons of the prosecution side. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injuries inflicted on the injured persons as per the injury report annexed to the bail petition show that one injury is simple in nature and with regard to the other injury, opinion is reserved.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13964 of 2019(2) dt.11-03-2019 2/2 It is further submitted that the petitioner is an accused in two other cases, in which he is on bail. The petitioner is said to be languishing in custody since 11.12.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate1st class, Banka in connection with Katoria PS case no. 158 of 2018.
