The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354 of the Indian Penal Code and 37(b)(c) of Bihar Excise Prohibition Act, 2016.
The allegation against the petitioner is of outraging the modesty of the colleague of the informant in drunken condition and when he opposed, the petitioner started abusing and assaulting him.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2017. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IVth Gaya, in connection with M.M.C.H.
