Petitioners are accused in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 252 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 354, 376, 511, 447, 448, 504 and 506 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Earlier uncle of the petitioners was killed by the informant's side for which a case was lodged (Annexure-2) by the petitioners. Before four months of the alleged occurrence, one more case (Annexure-3) was also lodged by the petitioners' side against the present informant. Further submission is that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12271 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 both the parties are Gotia. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 27.10.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-I, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 252 of 2017.
