The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent authorities to institute FIR under Section 173 of the B.N.S.S., 2023, on the basis of written application sent to the SHO, Koransarai Police Station through registered post on 09.10.2025 and to other higher Police officers including the Superintendent of Police, Buxar on 18.10.2025.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State respondents submits that FIR has been registered on the application of the petitioner bearing Koransarai P.S. Case No.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.412 of 2026(2) dt.23-07-2026 2/2 100 of 2025 dated 18.08.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 305(a), 331(4) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
