The Petitioner seeks bail in Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 106 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Daain Act.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the allegation of torture upon the informant by calling him as Daain by the petitioner is false. The petitioner is rotting in jail since, 27.03.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent. The Motherin-Law of the informant having same allegation has been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 23.11.2016 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 50172 of 2016.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24976 of 2017 (2) dt.05-06-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned learned S.D.J.M. Udakishunganj, Madhepura, in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 106 of 2016.
