This is a case registered under Sections 399, 401, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Submission is made on behalf of the petitioner that he has no concern with the other co-accused and no recovery has been made from his possession. Further submission is that there is no criminal antecedent of the petitioner. Other similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail vide order dated 14.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52964 of 2016 and order dated 22.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55150 of 2016. Petitioner is in custody since 07.10.2016 as stated in para 12.
