1. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of nondischarge dated 12.06.2013 passed by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Mohania, Kaimur, in Mohania P.S. Case No.235 of 2005.
2. Having perused the Case Diary, I do not find any merit in the application.
3. It is dismissed.
4. The Case Diary be remitted to the Court concerned immediately.
