2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for quashing the awarded dated 12.3.2016 passed under "Right to Fair compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 which is amended award dated 7.7.2014 under section 3G of the National

Patna High Court CWJC No.17494 of 2016(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 Highway Act, 1956 under Gazette notification dated 8.12.2010 without following mandatory requirements under section 24(2) of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner/legal heirs he shall be approaching the competent authority for redressal of the grievance.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection.

5. If the petition is preferred in next four weeks, the competent authority keep in mind that the writ petition was pending before this Court for nine years while dealing with the limitation petition and see to it that the same is disposed of at an earliest. submits that he shall be approaching the competent authority for redressal of the grievance.

6. Granting said liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
