The Petitioner seeks bail in Nautan P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30 and 38 of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and nothing has recovered from his possession. The petitioner is a student and has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is rotting in jail since, 03.04.2017.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24970 of 2017 (2) dt.05-06-2017 2/2 upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Siwan in connection Nautan P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017.
