Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is of commission of assault with lathi. The Doctor has found simple injury. Co-accused Sunil Sharma, having allegation of giving iron rod blow over the head of the informant, has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20312 of 2018 for the reason that the Doctor had found simple injury.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20629 of 2018 (2) dt.17-04-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Amarpur Police Station Case No. 16 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
