The Petitioner seeks bail in Complaint Case No. CI-193 of 2009 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 504, 323 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of torture and demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to keep the Opposite Party No. 2 but the Opposite Party No. 2 is not willing to live with the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since, 26.03.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25915 of 2017 (3) dt.07-06-2017 2/2 opposes the prayer for bail stating that the petitioner has paid only Rs. 20000/- of the maintenance amount and after that not a single penny has been paid by the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. CI-193 of 2009.
