2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 595 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 147, 148, 149, 427 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was brutally assaulted by the petitioner and other accused persons in which he sustained twelve injuries and during the course of treatment, he died.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2022.

6. Learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State have vehemently opposed the application of the petitioner.

7. In view of the above, this Court finds no new ground to review its earlier order.

8. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

9. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest.

10. If the petitioner files an application for separation of his trial then the same shall be considered by the Court below in accordance with law.
