The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 888 of 2018 dated 30.12.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 504, 506 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are said to have instigated people to raise slogans against the Government and also disturbed the even flow of traffic. But for petitioner no.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12146 of 2019(2) dt.28-02-2019 2/2 1, all other petitioners have clean antecedents. So far as petitioner no. 1 is concerned he is an ex MLA and all the cases against him are with respect to violation of the Code of Conduct during election time.

Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 888 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
