The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No.82 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 20.09.2017/18.10.2017 in Cr.Misc.No.43710 of 2017 giving liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

The allegation is that on account of land dispute, scuffle took place between both parties and from the side of petitioner, five persons sustained injuries including petitioner. This

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3642 of 2018 (2) dt.24-01-2018 petitioner allegedly assaulted Ravindra Sah and Priyanka Kumari with Farsa but the doctor has found the injury caused by hard and blunt substance. It has further been submitted that charges have framed and the petitioner has sufficiently remained in custody for more than seven and half months.

The learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the submission.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of bail is allowed. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Siwan in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No.82 of 2017 corresponding to Sessions Trial No.611 of 2017. (Sanjay Kumar, J) Harish/- U
