The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 209 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.12.2018. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is of theft of motorcycle but the petitioner has no concern with the motorcycle which was seized by the police. He is a student of B.A.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing
