2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for quashing the order dated 27.10.2015 in BLDR Appeal Case No.415 of 2013 passed by the Learned Divisional Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur (Respondent No. 2) by which the relief granted to the petitioner by the order dated 29.09.2012 in Land Dispute Redressal Case No. 47/12-13 passed by during time competent authority-cum-Land Reforms

Patna High Court CWJC No.4797 of 2016(2) dt.21-07-2025 2/2 Deputy Collector, Mehnar, Muzaffarpur in the exercise of the power conferred by the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act,2009 was set aside/quashed;

(ii) to reinstate the petitioner with the possession of the said land as also in the order dated 29.09.2012 in Land Dispute Redressal Case No. 47/12-13 passed by the during the time competent authority-cumLand Reforms Deputy Collector, Mehnar, Muzaffarpur.

3. Learned State counsel has pointed that the Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur has made it clear that there is claim and counter claim which can be best adjudicated by a competent Civil Court.

4. Be that as it may, since there is no appearance, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U
