The Petitioner seeks bail in Khutauna P.S. Case No. 28 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has completed the work of the building of the School. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has neither embezzled any fund nor has committed any breach of trust. The petitioner is rotting in jail since, 06.02.2017 and has got on criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24765 of 2017 (2) dt.30-05-2017 2/2 upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned learned A.C.J.M-III, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Khutauna P.S. Case No. 28 of 2016.
