Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406,147,302,201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is suspected to have committed murder of the father of the informant for the reason that father of the informant was demanding refund of his Rs. 70,000/- lend to the petitioner.

Submission is that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. Only suspicion is there. Dead body was found from the narrow lane near the house of the petitioner. Therefore, suspicion is there. Petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2018. Other co-accused have been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Dhansoi Police Station Case No.90 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
