By order dated 24.05.2022, the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. The petitioner has not received any money from the complainant. It is also submitted that the dispute is of civil nature. It is lastly submitted that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23399 of 2021(3) dt.12-07-2022 2/2 petitioner has got one criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application.
Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for O.P. No.2 opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner is also involved in the present case and the main accused of this case is still absconding.
Taking into consideration the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 24.05.2022 is hereby confirmed. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J.) Sanjay/- U T
