JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 4 21-09-2015 The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 03.12.2014 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-2nd, Supaul in Sessions Trial No. 91/2014 / 2559/2014 corresponding to Raghopur (Supaul) P.S. Case No. 54/2011 whereby the petition filed under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by the petitioner for discharge has been rejected.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points at appropriate stage of trial. Leave is granted.
