The Petitioners seek bail in Maner P.S. Case No. 69 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners and have been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioners are in custody since, 17.02.2017 and have got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24882 of 2017 (2) dt.31-05-2017 2/2 of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Danapur (Patna) in connection with Maner P.S.
