Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Co-accused Mahtab was arrested alongwith stolen motorcycle while he was stealing a motorcycle. Coaccused Mahtab disclosed that he is in habit of selling stolen motorcycle to the petitioner. Thereafter, a motorcycle was recovered from the house of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2017.

Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner as well as the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8091 of 2018 (2) dt.09-02-2018 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mithanpura Police Station Case No.318 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
