JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 341, 342, 427, 337, 338, 304, 353, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that 400-500 people gathered in the office of Circle Officer and started protesting against non-distribution of flood relief, though, it was conveyed to them that the flood relief will be distributed after doing survey but the accused persons
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1903 of 2015 (2) dt.16-01-2015 2/2 snatched the articles, damaged the vehicle and attempted to snatch the rifle of arm forces.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general against 15 FIR named and 100 unknown persons. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Ghosweri P.S. Case No. 58 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
