Patna High Court CWJC No.17807 of 2016 dt.13-12-2016 2/2 which has been awarded to him by Bihar Public Service Commission, which has formed the basis for the final evaluation and calculation of the percentage of his marks by the Bihar Public Service Commission. There seems to be some obvious flaw in the manner the petitioner is trying to calculate, but those aspects have been intentionally ignored by the Court because that may adversely prejudice the case of the petitioner before the appellate authority.
