Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. Petitioner is in custody since 07.05.2015. The report of the learned trial Judge would reveal that four more prosecution witnesses are yet to be examined. Considering the aforesaid fact, especially, the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where
