Petitionera are an accused in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 394 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 447, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. Moreover, there is case and counter case between the parties. It is further submitted that the specific allegation is against co-accused persons for the offence punishable under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15253 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 Sections 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and not against the present petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 15.11.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 394 of 2019.
