Learned counsel for the petitioners is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and

There is recovery of 20 litres of illicit country made liquor from the house of the petitioners. A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioners to the effect that the house in question does not belong to the petitioners. A statement to that effect has been made in para 3 of the petition. Moreover, the petitioners were not apprehended from the spot and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforestated facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-
