2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 111 of 2024 arising out of Phulwaria P.S. Case No.161 of 2022 dated 22.09.2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the present petitioner has preferred Criminal Miscellaneous Case No. 10255 of 2024 for his enlargement on regular bail. However, the same was rejected on merit vide order dated 17.05.2024, on the ground that not only charge-sheet has been submitted but even charge has been framed and the trial is proceeding at snail's pace and therefore, learned Trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.

4. However, learned APP for the state vehemently opposes the prayer of the petitioner for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present petition is dismissed in view of the serious nature of the allegation.

6. However, learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial, and if the trial is not concluded within six months, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
