Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Some unknown person allegedly committed murder of Md. Hiru. Name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Md. Imran @ Aftab.

It appears that similarly situated some other coaccused have already been allowed bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court vide Annexure-2 series. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees
