====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-03-2020 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No. 150/2019, dated 08.05.2019, instituted for the offences under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.l.R and his name has transpired in the confession of one Dharo Singh. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that on the confession of aforesaid Dharo Singh, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11385 of 2020(2) dt.02-03-2020 2/2 petitioner has been made accused in two other cases, about which reference has been made in paragraph 3 of the bail petition. In one of the cases referred to above, the petitioner has been granted bail.

The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 11.06.2019.

The person on whose confession, the petitioner has been made accused in this case has been granted bail by the learned Court below.

Considering the afrestated facts, the petitioner above-named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-Ist Naugachia, Distt. Bhagalpur in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No. 150/2019.

The application stands allowed.
