Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No.26 of 2018, registered under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as there was dispute regarding wage as the petitioner worked in the shop of the informant for some period of time, moreover there is neither any recovery from possession of the petitioner nor he has any criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Jubraile is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16525 of 2018(2) dt.27-03-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Madhubani in connection with Town P.S. Case No.26 of 2018.
