2. In the present case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 553 of 2025 registered for the offences under Sections 126(2), 118(1), 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of B.N.S.
3. As per prosecution case, the petitioners and other co-accused persons abused and assaulted the informant with brick, stone and iron rod causing fracture on her head. They also snatched gold earring from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners and informant side are resident of same place and there is some dispute between them regarding flow of water and some scuffle took place in which the informant received injuries which are superficial. The injury report shows injuries are simple in nature. Learned counsel further submits that there is only one injury of size 3 x 2cm on forehead, swelling over left elbow and swelling over chest of size 2 x 2cm caused by hard and blunt object. The injury report shows the injuries are non-serious and minor in nature. Moreover, the allegations are non-specific and omnibus against all the accused persons. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP opposes the submission made on behalf of the petitioners.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the simple and superficial nature of injury, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court concerned within a period of eight weeks from today, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-

No.16164 of 2026(2) dt.06-04-2026 3/3 (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai/concerned court in connection with Lakhisarai. P.S. Case No. 553 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S. and other following conditions :
(i) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioners.
(ii) The petitioners will remain present on each and every date fixed by the court below, if so required by the learned trial court.
