The Petitioners seeks bail in Chanan P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. The petitioners have been roped in this case due to land dispute. The petitioners are in custody since, 21.03.2017.
