11-09-2015 Heard Sri Shashi Nath Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel who has appeared on behalf of respondents/Employees Provident Fund Organisation (hereinafter referred to as the 'EPFO'). The petitioner, in the present writ petition, has prayed for directing the respondents to transfer the amount under the P.F.Account No. BR/BH/25626/01 alongwith interest to the account of the petitioner.

In this case, a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents/EPFO and it has been indicated that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8107 of 2014 (6) dt.11-09-2015 2/2 petitioner has not submitted claim form - 19 and as such, delay has occurred. By way of referring to Annexure - A to the counter affidavit, learned counsel for the respondents submits that a request has been made for submitting the claim form - 19. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after receipt of the said form, same has already been submitted in the office of respondents.

Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondents submits that if the stand of learned counsel for the petitioner is correct regarding submission of claim form - 19, immediate steps will be taken by the respondents to credit the amount to the account of the petitioner.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the Court proposes to dispose of the writ petition, with a direction to respondents to take immediate steps for crediting the amount of provident fund to the account of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
