JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 15-02-2017 This application, under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, is for quashing the FIR of Mahila (Sadar) Police Station Case No. 11 of 2014 registered under Sections 498A, 406, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
