It is jointly submitted at the Bar that this writ application, being identical issues involved, may be disposed of in terms of the decision of a coordinate Bench of this Court dated 17.01.2017 passed in CWJC No. 17904 of 2016 and other analogous matters. Accordingly, the order impugned dated 28.09.2016, as contained in Annexure-3, is quashed and set aside. The writ petitioner is restored to her respective post.

In case, it is decided to re-initiate the proceeding then the petitioner would cooperate in the expeditious disposal of the matter. This writ petition is allowed in terms thereof.
