2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 30.10.2015, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 75 of 2016 arising out of Samho P.S. Case No. 33 of 2015 having earlier been rejected bail by orders dated 21.07.2016 and 10.05.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 24786 of 2016 and Criminal Miscellaneous No. 17898 of 2017, respectively.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this Court does not find any reason to take a different view in the matter and hence the bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/Chandran U T
