This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Salkhua Police Station Case No. 154 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the gravity of the offences, in view of the Supreme Court's decision in the case of Jai Prakash Singh v. State of Bihar and Another, reported in (2012) 4 SCC 379, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of anticipatory bail.
This application for anticipatory bail, is hereby, rejected.
