Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The report of the learned trial Judge would reveal that even the charges have not been framed up-till-now. The petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2015.

Considering the nature of allegation of recovery of firearm and cartridge from possession of the petitioner as well as period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10227 of 2018 (3) dt.04-04-2018 2/2 connection with Jokihat Police Station Case No. 319 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
