The Petitioner seeks bail in Bandhuwa Kurba P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has not committed any offence and has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. It has been further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since, 14.02.2017, and has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24830 of 2017 (2) dt.01-06-2017 2/2 upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Bandhuwa Kurba P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017.
