JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 25-06-2024 Heard Mr. Satyam Shivam Sundaram, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Ajay, learned GA-5 and Mr. Ravi Nandan, learned counsel representing Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University, Darbhanga (henceforth for short, ' the University'.

2. The petitioner claims that in the annual settlement

Patna High Court CWJC No.4341 of 2024(2) dt.25-06-2024 2/2 of agriculture land for cultivation purpose of Awadh Bihari Sanskrit College Rahimpur, Khagaria, which is a constituent college of 'the University' , irregularities/illegalities have been committed.

3. Mr. Ajay, learned GA-5 submits that the petitioner has not shown his locus in the matter warranting any direction.

4. Mr. Sundaram, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the fact that that irregularities/illegalities relate to a college which is a constituent of 'the University', he shall be approaching the Vice-Chancellor of the said University in next four weeks.

5. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.

6. It is expected that the Vice-Chancellor shall take the matter to its logical conclusion at an earliest. (Rajiv Roy, J) kiran/- U
