The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 324, 307, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier this Court vide order dated 30.5.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.23486 of 2016 rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year in jail custody.

The petitioner is in jail since 29.2.2016 and he has already completed one year in jail custody.

Looking to the period of custody, let petitioner, Amit Bihari, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25275 of 2017 (2) dt.21-06-2017 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No.20 of 2016.
